I have had my ragedy car since 2006 and I have not been late up until recently and they have harrassed me, threatened to repo the car,including issuing a warrant for my arrest. WHAT?? I told them that I had half of the payment and I would pay the remainder in two days, but that was not good enough. They wanted payment immediately, or the car. They have called me on my due date every other week for the last two years and I am fed up. Should I let them have the car back and purchase from a reputable finance company? I am so confused with what I should do.
