I recentry ordered a "coach" bag from this site (coachoutletsonlinesell.com) and was ripped off the website never said where the product was coming from which ended up being China. the phone number for customer service was a false number and the email address they give no one responds back to you. I believe the real coach store should shut down this website and the manufacturing of these fake bags. the website says powered by coach and copyrighted with coach logo the bags too they show for making your choice is not wht they send. I ordered two bags one was leather with chain and leather strap instead they send me a over sized tote that is clearly fake leather with a totally different strap!!! It also took over a month for me to receive the purses and the website states after payment it would arrive in 6 to 10 days
