 This website is on Facebook. It looks like authentic coach website. It appears to be real coach bags offered at a deep discount. I ordered 3 bags for Christmas gifts on Sept 29, 2015 for $289 and free shipping. The website gave me an order number and tracking number stating bags had been shipped. There is no phone number to call, only an email [email protected] to ask questions or reach so-called customer service. I noticed the next day my bank card visa was charged $315.67 and a second transaction was $9.45 foreign transaction fee from bank in Beijing. I called to alert my bank about situation and seeking a refund. In the meantime I've sent 5 emails to [email protected] only to receive an unprofessional response stating the bags are on their way and it was my bank that charged me extra handling fees and that was why there was a discrepancy in amount charged and please not to worry. I'm hoping my bank will reverse the charges and i will get a refund. I just don't want others to fall in the same trap I did. I'm seeing that I'm not the first person to be scammed by this company and that if the bags ever are actually received they look like something you would buy at Dollar General not authentic Coach. This coachsellonline.com website absolutely needs shut down!
