Coast Dental is a PPO for purposes of United Health Care contact. This means the individual Dentists employed by Coast Dental sign onto the contract. The dentist have a choice whether or not to work for Coast Dental. They understand they have to adhere to these rigid protocols that circumvent the insurance contract and increase profits for themselves and
the corporation. Bottom line the consumer is ripped off.

Paid $4400 for the bridge and preparation to Coast Dental. United Health Care statement shows the cost under the contract should have been $1900.
