Coastal Pay Credit Card Processing Bothersome and liars San Diego California
My husband and I are small business owners and get calls daily from Credit Card merchant companies trying to get us to change to their Company. I must screen calls because of the constant nusience calls from all kinds of people wanting to speak with the business owner.
5/3/2016 I received a call from a man that asked to speak to the owner. I asked him what his call was in reference to...he said he was returning a call he received from my husband. I asked what type of business this was and he said it was a matter he could not discuss with me ( I am owners wife )
He was lieing about my husband calling him because my husband does not handle the merchant account and verified he would never call these people. I do not appreciate people calling our business constantly and even lieing to try to pull my husband away from his important work to get what they want. I am writing this to let everyone know this company will lie to get what they want. Beware
