We received a letter from these people offering u more than our car was worth and when we got their this Nasty sales manager told us that thisis what they do to get people to come in. We were not given more for our trade and the letter we got in the mail also said that they will give u a 500 dollar gift card and this same person told us in a very Nasty tone.. what else do u want from me, youre going home with a new car , i cant give u the 500 dollars. instead he pulled out a 10 dollar gift card and two bottlos of water. This is the last time i purchase a mazda. From now on we're buying toyota.

First off, the dealership is "Cory Fairbanks" and it is on the list of the slimiest car dealerships in Orlando, up near the top with any Greenway store. You did notice as per your report, they were DECEPTIVE in regard to honoring the direct mail piece. When you discovered their DECEPTION, why in the he@@ did you stay there and give them your business and profit? What in the he## is wrong with you??? They lied to you and you played doormat and gave them what they want. Did you check your paperwork? Did you see the PHONEY, ADD-ON, BOGUS fee they hit you with??? Do you realize YOU are valuable? YOU represent "PROFIT" to the merchant. Without YOU, there's NO PROFIT! Anytime some sorry, stinking, slimeball, pondscum car dealer lies to you or treats you like garbage, you get up and you walk out. You don't just sit there and allow yourself to be scammed.
