I was scamed by Robert Agani owner of Coffee Machines USA. I found his website on line while looking for franchises. He told me that he sells Coffee vending machines which come with a guaranteed location and he told me that he had 17 locations in my area, that each location had over 120 employees and that the machines go in the employee break room so you have a captured audience. That typically 60 to 70% of the people buy one cup of coffee each day, so a machine could sell about 80 cups a day at $1.25 each. The cost of one cup is .25 cents which leaves $1.00 in profit, times 80 equals $80 a day, times 6 days is $480 a week, timse four weeks is $1920 a month. Each machine cost $5,000, so the way he was describing it the machine could be paid off in less than three months, i told him i would call him back in a couple of days. I called him after two days and started to ask some questions and he tells me that most of the locations have been sold that there are only three left.
He said he had a college which is one mile from my house with 190 faculty, a data company about 15 minutes from my house with 120 employees and another office with 130 employees and that the people that had bought the other locations were interested in those also so i needed to tell him if i wanted any before he calls them and gives it to them, so i fell for his hard sell and bought three of them. He also told me that he had an agreement with these locations to put the machines in, the following week, so i would be in business next week. I wired the money to him like an idiot and waited for the machines. the machines did not arrive the following week, i called him but he would not answer his phone, after i paid for the machines the only communication i had with him was emails. The machines arrived at my house seven weeks after i paid for them, and he kept assuring me while i waited for the machines that the locations were still available," a million percent guaranty", " i promise you, you will be in business next week" he told me.
The machines came and i asked him when would his guy come to show me how to operate them and take them to the locations, that was part of the deal. No one came i got an email after a couple of days from a coffee machine locator company, who said that they were hired to find me locations for my machines. I responded, who hired you and why, because i already had locations. I asked Robert Agani what is going on but he did not respond. Next day i got an email from the locator offic with fous locations, three of them were car repair shops with four employees and one ice rink arena with about 10 employees. I asked Agani again what happened to the locations he had promised and he responded " that's how this business is, locations come and go". Well i was very angry asked him to refund my money because he lied to me, but he said that technically he fulfille his part of the agreement.
After trying numerous times to talk to him i failed because he wont respond to my emails or to my phone calls. He has since changed his name to Ryan, but he is still the same crook as before, do not buy anything from this man or company you will surely lose.

To answer Mr. Aganis rebutal, i chalenge you to show me when your locating company has contacted me and that i did not respond, i have all the emails corresponding to this, do you? You never sent me six locations you sent me four and i did call them and they told me that there was only 4 people that worked there so why would i put the machines there to make $2 a day? The machines cost $4600 each does that make sense? Also you sold me the machines with the promise of three specific locations ,Oakton College in Des Plaines illionois, Data Processeing, in Arlington Heights Illinois and one more office in Northbrook Illinois, you told me you had those locations secured for my machines so why did you have your locating company call me after i received the machines if you did not have those. I will tell you why because the contract says that once the machines are delivered there is no refund, so you had me by the throat once the machines were delivered there is not much i can do right? Why did you lie about those locations,you told me that those had over 120 people in them and then you send me car repair shops with 4 people in them and you want me to be happy about it? You are one sick individual, you have no consious you even cheated a lady who had cancer out of her money, anyone can go to the better business bureau and see that , i am not making this up. I paid you $14,000 dollars and i have three machines sitting in my garage you bet your a*s i am going to use profanity because you just dismised me like garbage, i begged you to help me i pleaded with you to please either find me new locations or return my money and you just ignored me, what did you expect me to say, oh what a nice guy you are because your locating company send me locations with four eployees? are you serious?, who in there right mind would invest $14,000 to make $2 from each location each day, if you think that's a good investment than by all means take them i will sell them back to you. I even offered to sell them back to you for almost half the price and you still ignored me, thats becuase the machines are worth $1,000 at most they are so cheaply made.You lied sir you told me you had those locations for me and that is why i purchased them, had you told me from the begining that the locations would be found after you delivered the machines, i would never have bought them. You never had locations when you sold them to me because the locating company told me that they were hired by you after the machines were delivered and folks this locating company is not hired to find guarantied locations they are hired to find places that "might be interested" in a machine, and it doesnt look for locations with alot of people, they look for anything, 2 people, 4 people it doesnt matter and then Mr. Agani will tell you " well i did send you locations but you rejected them" that is his out for the contract, he has fulfilled his obligation and " technically" he legally has, that is what he told me, "techniically" i did what the contract says. I have all the emails about how he lied about the locations about the machines because the machines he told me ahd the capability to freshly grind five different coffees at one time, another words the machine has to have five different bins to hold each brand, it only has one bin but he is going to say that we send the machines that are advertised on our website but if you are not familiar with how the machines are inside you think that those are the ones that he described. He gave me a reference to call a gentleman who had bought machines from him, so i called and when i asked the man if he had a machine that holds five different types pf coffee at one time, he replied that he has never seen one like tha, he only has one bin in his machine. When i told Mr. Agani what the man told me he said "he has the old style machine the ones you are getting is a newer model". Folks i am not making this up i have all the emails anybody wants to see them i will forward them to you, this man is a liar if he had any decency in him he would refund my money but its not going to happen i know, he is like that movie "the Wolf of Wall Street" if anyone has seen it, cold without regard to other humans, shame on you, you have my number Robert call me, by the way his name is now Ryan, why would you change your name and number sir? what happened, getting too many complaints?

To respond to this complaint our customer purchased a coffee business from us. Our customer received each and everything that is stipulated on his contract. He purchased 3 coffee machines which he has received along with locations for his machines. He was sent 6 locations which he never ever went to visit nor did he even contact. We do have proof where our location coordinator received many messages from the locations that your customer has never come by. The location coordinator has contacted our customer several times and never gets a response from us. This customer has also been very unproffesional in the whole process with using profane language. This customer has nothing to complain about we have fullfilled the contract and there is nothing that is customer is owed from us.
