Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

documented as a legal notification for people who are going through foreclosures  notification of mortgage releif saying it is to inform uou that your home loan with your current lender may be eligible to receive assistance in the restructuring of your mortgage debt through the Active Advoate & Dispute Resolution Program A&DR.  You are also a potential plaintiff against your lender in a federal lawsuite, however the A&DR progam has proven force Your Current Lender to negotiate through unconventionalmeans.  Eligible applicans may receive payment relief, have forecosure proceedings stopped, eliminate 2ndmorgage and may be awarded relief from monetary damages.  Promises all of this above.  Does an interview to see if your qualify then sends you information.  Is backed by the BBB Tells you to look them up online and look at all the testimonials.  Also says it is intened for people who meet the following conditions:  pending foreclosure proceedings, a sever decine inproperty value, loss of income, delinquent on mortgage payments, improper assignent of mortage ded of trust/MERS, unlawful foreclosure proceedings, fraudulent concealment and misrepresentation, and breach of a trial modificationa greement by your current lenter.  the active A&DR program has helped homeowner's that have been denied for aloan modificaiton and those in need of assistance to force the lender to negotiate.  Says if you meet any of these donditions, do not delay contact them immediate for assistance at 1-855-618-4844.  They encourage you to respond for a full review of your current eligibility  Morgage relieve through the exercise of the A&DR progrand and federally enacted law is your currenet right as a homewoner.  Lists the notification through the mail to vulnerable homeowners as a legal notification.  They send a third party application to sign and ask and fill you with promises and give you the amount of payments to send them and they will send filings to consumer protection agency, if you feel your mortgage company is not working with you in a way that they should and has 1 and 2 phases.  They send letters to the lender and do filings and you are sent copies.  They also tell you to file a chapter 13 to buy time which is not in good faith.  The talk you into this and promise you that his will work.  If you really do not know the law this can ruin you chances of saving your home if you have to actually file a Chapter 13 and go through with it till the end.  They just ask you to file and then not go through with the rest, because you have no idea on how or what to do after the filing

We we were engaged in differnet stages and they seemed true very true and we are absolutely not the type of people to fall for any type of scam.  Only trying to save our home after a bad bout of some unemployment and hospitalization.  Our mortgage company was playing hard ball so we thought we would try CIL Colleagues in Law...looked them up, saw testimonials and they were listed as accredited by many different business include the Better Business Bureau.,  yahoo, and more.  go on line ...they are still listed but should be shut down!  they are a sham We went through everything for months of what they asked from us.  All they did was a few filings and a modification package to our mortgage company that we could have done ourselves.  They did a few filings to the consumer proteciton agency on our part just to leave a paper trail and the attorney general.  Once we got to the 2nd phase.  they were not answwering questions not emailing and not contacting us as much.  As soon as we paid $4,000!!!! Sutipidity on our part, lesson learned they were hard to get answers from and what steps they were taking and what answers they have rec'd for us from our lender.  They almost cut us off completely.  then we talked to a jr processer.  they went from one dept to another but their acccounting department sent us emails regulary to receive the money for them to move onto the 2nd stage for which they would make sure your mortgage company would restrucuture.  I have names - full names but not all some just first names and some full names.  These people are blood suckers and should not even be called people.  They are scammers all the way.  We had a red flag or too, but rolled the dice, volnuerable and fell for something we have never fell for and said we never would.  I did a lot of research on line before we even decided to start paying them.  It seemed real and if you look they are still listed as accredited by magazines, accredid by BBB and other major familar newpapapers, etc.

They did nothing but take our money and closed down.  They should be liable for everyone they took money from and I sure hope more people come forward now.  I am sure they have done this to 100s of not 1000s of people.  If anyone out there hs gone through this horrific scam and has lost 1,000s of dollars, please right a report and list names.  I will list full names, hopeing they are the real names and the emails will not help.  they closed down in days maybe hours! Very bad people very bad ocmpany.  We are going staight to the consurmer protection agency and hopefully they will be sued and a lawsuit will be filed against them!  Terrible to take advantage of people that are already down and out.  How do people or companies live with themselves knowing this?  I could not.
