Collectibles Today - Bradford Exchange Ripoff! Advertising Items not in stock Niles Illinois
I ordered a Marine Corps Ring on 3/6/05 from the Bradford Exchange through CollectiblesToday.com for my birthday on May 30. I was sent a confirmation on 3/6 that it would be filled in 6 - 8 weeks.
I have not received anything to date and when I checked on my order 5/6/05 it now shows a new delivery date of 6/17/05. I called customer service and they changed it again to 7/17/05.
This company is clearly advertising merchandise it can not provide in the 4-6 week time frame. They advised me that I was not charged on my credit card so there is no harm. No harm, no apology just more delays.
