Colleen Rodgers Scam artist who will stop at nothing to make money off of you. Ridgewood, New Jersey

Colleen Rodgers is a scam artist. She and her manager Susan Luciano of Weichert Realtors in Ridgewood offered me a commission reduction to make a deal happen. Once I signed the deal, they both acted as though no credit was ever offered. Stupid me for not getting it in writing, even though I asked just that...to which they replied with an elaborate tale of a meeting which prevented them from providing anything in writing. Colleen is unprofessional, telling me I "had no balls"...that my wife would hate me if I didn't make the deal happen... and also disclosed confidential information to me about her other clients.
Colleen is especially crafty, as she will kiss your a** and brown nose you to gain your trust. She will claim that she has your best interest at heart. But you should pay close attention to her, as you will catch her in her own lies if you listen close enough. In addition, she will throw whoever she has to under the bus to make it soud as though she cares about something other than putting a dollar in her pocket.
Colleen Rodgers and Susan Luciano of Weichert Realtors in Ridgewood gives other realtors a bad name, they are dishonest and surely take the already stressful experience of buying and selling a home and make it torture.
