My heatpump was not heating as expected. They sent a serviceman who arrived without calling, determined that the whole system needs to be replaced and that it was mismatched.
My claim was denied because the system was mismatched based on serial numbers. When I asked them what they were, they could not tell me. Nothing was given in writing.
Next day I called in a local A/C service who added some refrigerant, and the system works fine.
