To anyone in the mortgage business buying leads from these scam artists don not... I repeat do not... It is all a scam... Look up any information on these people they were also known as Ameri Source... why do they keep changing their name hmmm... I wonder... Ask them why they no longer call Oregan... hmmm banned...If you want to pay $45-50 for a phone number for these exclusive real time leads... haha what a joke exclusive yeah right! If you want these leads buy them like theses scam artists at Oratel do from sights like these, www.724leads.com, businesstrainingservice.com/links/sales_leads.html, etc... Oh and if they offer you references like Kevin Sutherland, Enrico Disandro, Jack Barton, Robert Flemming... theses are friends and people who actually work for the company... Do you think you can close 32-35% of the crap these people provide... haha yeah right... These leads are people that have been pestered by over 15 mortgage brokers at least... Oratel is to Mortgage Leads like the Pope is not RC... Get the word out Oratel, Econotel, Target Media... are all scams email all brokers in the US, let the word get out and people like Ryan Kidney and that fat pig Melinda Ley can find themselves out in the cold prostituting for real... Pathetic... How do they live with themselves... Who knows????

IF Oratel is so legitmate why is it that out of your 300 plus clients zero are happy with the product they receive... Everyone who works for this company from its Operations Manager Ryan Kidney to its Business Development Agents know the place is scamming innocent people out of legitimate money... In the 6 months I worked for the company it is the most horrid, decrepit, scandalous, morally wrong, scam full place of business I have ever worked for in my life... I left this scam with around 30 customers of which none were happy with our exclusive real time leads (yeah right you mean internet leads)My last week of work I had 6 customers demand there money back b/c we could not provide what we promised... Let me just urge anyone who reads this in the mortgage business these people are nothing but a scam do not do business with theses people!!!! in fact if you want the product they are selling you buy them for the pennies that they are paying for them...not $45-50 for a phone number... don't be so stupid... And to management at this company... I know you read this and think someday your children will be smart enough to read this... How do you sleep at night... remeber what comes around goes around... think about that when you can't afford your $200, 000 mortgages next year... God you are a bunch of pathetic people...

Let me start by say that I been with company since day one!!! I have the inside information that I will reveal to all: Ryan is a scam! He doesn't do diddly squat all day but walk around the office lying to people telling them that it's not me it's my boss! This sort of thing..he's a order taker and wimp. Nelson is a coke snorting skirt chaser! He's a mid 20-something puke who not only scams people but fires girls if they are ugly and ones who he can't sleep with! Melinda Ley is retarded, psycho dumb blonde who makes her way to the top by the oldest profession in the world..and I think you all know what I'm talkin' about? Let me make this perfectly clear, I'm not only a very smart individual, but I write music too..I soon have a song that'll be hitting record stores called "scammed in the USA" I used to be an artist, and I can say this company has created the ugliest piece of crap that I've ever seen!

Let me first befin by saying that I've been an employee for this company for over 2 years and the Mortgage lead business is going very well and we're constantly growing as a company due to the fact that we are very client driven and all our clients are very happy with not only our service but our understanding on how mistakes happen in all lines of business, especially in the competitive market of lead generation where sometimes people get the odd bad lead? Generally all our clients understand they "we" are in business to help them get better leads and if they happen to get a bad lead, then we as a company are always happy to accomidating them in anyway? We'd either replace the lead, or just give them a refund? It's not fair for some disgruntled employee to mention happy client's or bring them into their parade of B.S! It's not fair to the mortgage brokers of America, nor is it fair to write such scandalous lies about honest people who truly work to help others succeed in business. P.S The person who wrote this load of..whatever was probably fired for not being able to speak properly..I mean, look at how you spell Broker?? You spell it brooker!? What the heck is a brooker? Let's be honest..everyone knows you only worked for the company for maybe half a day? Yours sincerely,
Scammed

Dear Mr. Halifax, You seem to forget that it was YOU who would not quit when I POLITELY asked you to go away. You seem obsessed with scamming innocent people for $399.95 as many times as they will let you. Again, here is my challenge: 1, Show me a list of SATISFIED CUSTOMERS and when I contact them for testimonials, if I am convinced that your company is of value, I will go away. 2. Write an INTELLIGENT defense of the way your company does business. Your hostility would be justified if your company actually provided a useful service and respected its customers. But then, if you weren't harassing thousands of innocent people and trying to defraud them, you wouldn't have critics to be hostile to.

To Robert...It seems as if your life revolves around this Pavlos guy and this website. You reply to everyone and every message as if you cannot sleep at night, constantly thinking about them... I think you need to wake up and stop spending your precious time being so obsessed with other people's problems... It's a little scary... Plus, I think insurance companies and so many other types of businesses are fraudulent as well and nobody says anything about them... I guess It's the type of world we live in... Fraudulent and crazy...

That's Oratel's self described mission [taken from their website]. If that's the case then I'd suggest thinning offshore telescammers from the herd. It's a bad evolution to let these parasitic entities continue scamming us. And Canadian citizens have a real interest in shutting them down too. It has been proved that some of these scammers are living high on economic development funds. The very programs designed to get you a better job are funding these entities locating in prime office space. It may be argued that they bring thousands of dollars in to the economy and create many $10/hr jobs, but they are a house of cards. Sooner or later the other states will follow Vermont's lead in the World Wide Source case and shut some of these scams down. Then there will be no jobs. Consumer education [that's what I'm trying to do] will make your victims harder to scam. So if you work for one of these phoney phone operations, please do yourself a favor and keep looking for honest work. You will be seeing pink slips when the money stops flowing anyway and you need to understand that there is no value to these companies. They cannot make a dime without deception [that's LYING in plain Virginia English]. You are better than that!

Dear Karen, You should read the report I put up about International Business Directories AKA The Mouyal Corporate Group. You get the impression Telemarketing Fraud is a real growth industry in Montreal and the maritime provinces! My mission in all these postings is to show the common thread that runs in all of these scam entities so that small business people can spot them and avoid them, managers can use the body of evidence presented in the Rip Off Report to protect their companies (as well as their own jobs) when they are flooded with scam invoices and teleterrorist harassment. Since these people trade in deception, it seemed reasonable to put forth a generous amount of truth and spare fellow business people the trouble and expense. It would be my pleasure to debate the merits of these companies with an INTELLIGENT apologist for their methods. The letter I received back from World Wide Source (another variant of Ameri-source) when I called them on their methods and reported them to the Attorney General was full of spelling mistakes (even my name was spelled wrong) and was signed simply 'Management.' Come to think of it, I would not want to sign my name to such a poor excuse for a communication either! All of these Canadian scams use a U.S. address to look 'legitimate.' I'm sure it is just a mail drop in most cases. Ameri-source and World Wide Source used to use a Vermont address until the Attorney General of that state took them to task. In the Vermont Settlement, company president Pavlos Angelatos was ordered to pay refunds to all Vermont residents who had been scammed. Provision was also made for out of state claims against the company. The law is quite clear in stating that if you didn't order it you don't have to pay for it. The deceptive methods they use in no way obligate you to them. Send them a copy of the Vermont Settlement and tell them you are reporting them to the Attorney General yourself!
