I am a former DM of this pathetic company. I went through the brainwashing school, but fortunately came out and made some decent bucks selling the crap accident policies. You were forced to tell this stupid joke to all the suckers that bought the policy. I didnt care really. We all need to make money, and if people want to throw away money after hearing a sales rep tell them they will collect cash money even if "their feelings are hurt", then ill take their money. Thats the crap u learn in school. In management, you have to split your money earned with the new victims that get suckered into working for the company. Screw that crap. Give my money to some moron that has a work ethic of a pea? no way. Eventually, i got tired of marching down the street walking into businesses and trying to sell these policies. Got tired of all the micro managing with sales meetings, numerous conference calls, sales ardmores, check ins, rah rah crap. W Clement Stone s**t, birthday week nonsense, I feel happy healthy and terrific chants every d**n morning. Singing. Christ, a cult of Epic proportions. I won the Ring of Diamonds, but they wanted me to pay for it. Screw you. You can make money here if you can take rejection after rejection, and do it on your own as you have NO SUPPORT. But honestly people, the turnover rate here is probably 80 percent or more. Basically, bust your rump, get brainwashed, pay for everything, no support. but if you have a work ethic like me, youll do OK, but youll have to put up with all the crap. If i hear W Clement Stones name again, Ill committ suicide.

Oh Absolutely True this company was a nightmare to work for. I have come from a long line of sales experience and the tactics this company trains its employees to use are archaic, dishonest, and incredibly outdated. New hires are promised a certain level of pay during their learning period, and are not provided with the ample training they need and are, in fact, promised when they sign on for the program.
Then should you DARE to step down because you have decided this isn't for you, or you are not making enough to pay the bills you are harassed for weeks, I have been away from the company for over a year now and I still get phonecalls of them trying to set up an interview with me,
prospective employees beware the Combined cult!!!

Tracy Schenectady, New York U.S.A. You seem to have a spelling and grammar style more suited to a 'chat room', and not for working at an insurance company. Now I don't think I will be considering Combined Insurance Company for any reason.

i work for Combine Insurance on 2 seperate occassions and i must say they are a fair company... what u didnt like about the company is that u couldnt sell so u put down the company... the company promotes by merit..not senority... which attracted me too the company... i left the company for personal reasons but combine was the best company i ever work for besides serving my country in the US Army... i got management in 3 months... and started making great money.. my 1st week in the business when i was out of my own... thats week #2... i made over 1000 bucks... not bad... yes there is traveling... yes u work nights... but also u write your own paycheck...i will be going back too Combine now that my company close its doors.... so... yes the training is no pay... and yes u pay for your licensing.. but once u make manager and get agents under you.... you can make some serious money... so stop complaining cause u couldnt do the job .. I bet your PMA was at an all time low cause u cant sell... and im for one will be back w/Combine by the end of the year... thankyou Tracy Schenectady, NY Gloversville, NY
