We have had the Comcast Triple Package, for several years. And we had not had any problems, until one afternoon, when my boyfriend called, about the bill, he had received in the mail.



To his surprise, he found out that he was paying ten dollars more a month for the Comcast High Speed Internet Power Boost for several months, without ever being asked if he had wanted to subscribe to it. It had been added, without his permission.



So, he requested that it be removed.



Since then, we have had nothing but problems. Our web access times out on us, every thirty to four-five mins now. We have to reset the Comcast Modem, every thirty to four-five mins now, just to read our email.



Today, I explained to the tech that was on the phone exactly, what the problem was and also said that I would like it fixed, at once. Tomorrow, I plan on calling back & asking to speak, with a manager. Because the problem has not been resolved.



This is just unexceptable.



I have watched the Comcast commercials on tv and there is no menchen that the Power Boost costs extra. If this is not resolved we will be switching to another more honest company.



If you have Comcast, you may want to check your bill too. Who knows, what else we are paying for.
