Comcast Cable is the most dishonest, diceptive company on the planet other than AT&T who takes the cake for the whole Universe. What a bunch of scammers. First you call their sales dept and they sell you this great deal ie: 29.99 per mo. for a digital cable package in their Silver tier for 6 months and free installation. Yeah right.

Then the attitudious little snip they send to my house wants to drill everywhere (they must get more money if he breaks out the drill), I say no, the holes are already there. He wants to move them. I say no way. He keeps pushing me. I don't back down. He finally installs the cable where I tell him to which takes him all of 5 minutes then leaves with an attitude. Poor little guy couldn't break out the power tool and rack up the fees.

Oh yes, one more thing, he goes into all my rooms and snoops around looking for additional outlets that he intends to disconnect. I am watching him and he even looks in my closets without my permission. I am onto this game. Comcast employees routinely disconnect unused outlets and then they make you pay to have them reconnected. Back to the install: Of course this is supposed to be a free install. When I get the bill not only does Comcast charge me but they do it twice. I got double billed. Let's see, that was in December and I am still trying to get them to fix things. Then the package they offered, doesn't exist and they try to upsell me and get me to agree to the higher prices. I won't budge and every month we audit the stupid bill and they do the credits and give me an adjusted amount to pay. Next month, they add them all on again and we start all over. They blame the computer because it does things it's own way. Imagine that. No one is accountable and they can not seem to override their computers. The bill is such a mess and so are they.

Of course, they have a monopoly as they are the only cable company in the area so they can do whatever they want and they expect us to just take it. They are such a rip-off and they learned it all from the biggest scam artist of the Universe AT&T.

And for all of you so called happy Comcast customers just wait until you move and have to start your service all over again, that's when they really drill you.
