Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Of late, this outfit has gotten totally out of hand.  First of all they reverse charges involuntarily causing embarrassment to myself, not once but three times to the same merchant, without my making any inquiry what so ever.  Secondly, they are allowing a charge which I have disputed saying it was charged in March and the people have been trying to get paid since then.  Here it is June.  I didn't charge anything at this establishment in March nor was I even near this establishment.

The young people that work in these call centers are rude and arrogant.  For a senior citizen to be address and havning to communicate with these disrespectful people is totally wrong.  I have had people at U S Direct Express that I am the one to cause the charge, not the merchant.  I have called their toll free number on numerous occasions and ask to speak with a supervisor in the "dispute" section, only to be placed on hold for over 70 minutes, at which point I decided to disconnect.

I have written to these people via the U S Postal Service to no avail.  I continue to call.  Due to my card being fraudalently charges last week, which I am disputing, my card has been cancelled and I can't even access my account via telephone by my SS number.  Furthermore, I have contacted my senator's office locally concerninig the problems at hand, without much luck either.

My card was cancelled last week and I was told I would have a new one within five days.  Well, that time frame has passed and I wonder if I am going to have any money to pay my bills when my Social Security Check is paid during the month.
