Comfort Climate Control Fraud Breach of Contract Poor Workmanship ripoff Azusa California
I signed a detailed contract to purchase a new top of the line Trane AC condensor, Coil, Furnace, Thermostat, Second Wind UV light, Aprilaire 5000 Filter and all new ducts.
The company was to replace all of the ducts. When I went into the attic I noticed that they left two of the original ducts at the farthest point in the attic, assuming I would not notice. They also failed to replace the electrical disconnect and fuses, seal all of the ducts air tight, and they left a 1/2" hole in the new furnace.
There are so many air leaks that I am having to hire a company at $1,800 to repair the job. And then, I have to hire anothger company to clean and sanitize the ducts since the leaks bypassed the filter.
The company also failed in numerous other areas.
