My nationality is Mexican. I co-worker told me about a Dentise in Norcross not far from our office. I went in to get my teeth clean and I was charged $350.  I thought that was high.  When I went back to work and told the person who refered me, they said I only paid $125.  My co-worker called up Dr. Tiffany Jaminson and ask why did you charge my co-worker $350.  Dr. Jaminson tolder her "girl I look out for our people.  If I had known she was your friend or co-worker I would have given her a better deal."

My mouth was floored!  I can not believe this.  

RUN - DO - NOT - USE - THIS - KKK MEMBER - IN - BLACK - SKIN!

 Comfort Dental Lounge has never charged its patients based on race. If this person is willing to come forward to resolve this issue directly or through arbitration we are willing to do so. Please provide the statement you were provided when we delivered dental services. As indicated my office manager and her support person deals with pricing for dental services. I do not talk with patients about pricing. Please provide this information by faxing such to 770.368.9119 or email to [email protected] or call 770.368.9159 and ask for our office manager. If we did infact over charge you, I have the power to remedy and will in fact refund you for any difference. I doubt if overcharged any patient, but I open to be proven wrong.  Dr Jamison and her staff as a team have embraced a set of core operating values that ensure that all patients, vendors, and fellow employees are treated fairly and with respect. We use a quality assurance process that serve as a check and balance to ensure that we practice what we embrace as a team. For this reason, we object to the allegation that Dr Jamison over charges by race and that if you are a black or white person you pay less. We also object to the person saying that they talked with Dr Jamison and she acknowledged she over priced her and that she looks out for her people. Dr Jamison has not talked with this person and would never say to anyone over the telephone or in person such a statement. No prudent business person would ever say such. Our business is growing because we consistently deliver quality services at a fair price to our patients.

Dr Jamison's office manager and patient coordination representatives are both Hispanic. Dr Jamison does not get involved in discussing price with patients therefore this function is delegated to the office manager and her staff. We must take exception to this person saying that we price by race and overcharge our Hispanic patients. We have a process in which we randomly audit the pricing accuracy.

It appears that the person submitting this rip-off report is the same person who has submitted a complaint regarding this incident on other social media platforms around the same June date, but the facts are not the same. We have not charged any patient five times more for an exam/X-Ray/general teeth cleaning as stated on one of the social media platforms.

All of the patients who have communicated directly with our dental office regarding unsatisfactory service, we have been successful in reaching a satisfactory resolution. We will do so in this case if this person will communicate with me. I must request that you provide me the information I requested in the second sentence in the above first paragraph which will serve as proof that your claim actually occurred and it will give me the opportunity to remedy this case. If you can provide proof of what you paid for the services mentioned, I will research and remedy this situation if we have over charged you for the teeth cleaning service.

As this point in time, this rip off report is without merit.

I am the EVP & CFO for Comfort Dental Lounge International. One of my many responsibilities is researching, assessing, mediating, and resolving any major issues that our patients cannot resolve with our office manager. Since the person who filed this report did not chose to provided sufficient information (i.e., patient name, date the teeth cleaning service was performed, description of service or the dental codes used to bill service, and an actual bill showing the price billed for the services rendered), I have reviewed all of the procedures performed by Comfort Dental Lounge from January through June of this year and have been unable to find any patient that we have charged $350 for an exam/X-ray/teeth cleaning for any patient. In reviewing the prices for the services referenced by this person, I have found that we have charged the correct fees for those patients, who had any type teeth cleaning services that have dental insurance, or patients without insurance, or patients who respond to our various specials. The charges for all three categories of pricing for general teeth cleaning are substantially less than the $350 the person is claiming Comfort Dental Lounge charges for their treatment.

What does "Mexican National" mean?? Are you hear illegally?? Do you have insurance? When is the last time you had your teeth cleaned?? If it has been over years then yes you will pay more because there is more involved with a cleaning for teeth that have been neglected than those who take care of their teeth ie: annual cleanings.

I don't believe anyone who state to you "Dr. Jaminson tolder her "girl I look out for our people.  If I had known she was your friend or co-worker I would have given her a better deal."

That is hearsay -

As for calling someone a KKK member that is racist!
