I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience with Comfort Suites. However, I have to inform you that Comfort Suites is actually just another brand of Choice Hotels. Choice Hotels license its name to business owners (i.e. Comfort Inn) who are then required to follow through with quality requirements. Choice Hotels gets royalty payments, because their brant is used. However, the problem is these business owners often hire managers to run these hotels in which , some of them don't comply to quality requirements (specified in the license agreement); Often times, it's the business owner who ignores the license terms. In the end, it's Choice Hotels who is given the bad name. However, don't despair, because Choice Hotels provide 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Of course, you have to write to them first and tell them what you didn't like with the service. Avoid dealing with these hotel managers who think their customers don't deserve a refund; otherwise, you're just wasting your time.
