Unfortunately for CommSouth, they are getting worse, not better. They have looooong hold times, somwtimes 20 minutes, inexperienced customer service agents, and poor pitiful management. This is a little company that is lost in the big pool of the huge telephone companies and they don't know what to do with themselves. I would tell all potential customers to call their local public utilities authorites and check to see if they are able to truly sell or do what they say they can. They have never offered a guarantee...why would they-they know they can't deliver. Switch your phones to another company now, before they get their own lines cut off...seriously. Just know 3-5 business days can be anywhere from, 7-25 days. They promise, but don't deliver. you have been warned.

I have just became a customer of Comm South within the last 2 months but in those 2 months I have had no problems. When I first applied they said 3-5 days and they had my service on on the third day. As of this present moment I have no complaints about this company.

I called customer service and was connected within 2 days. The major problem was with Bell south, once they knew I was changing providers.
