How dare you criticize Comm South as if we haven't worked with you many, many times in the past. I've been assisting you since November 7, 2001 Mr. Demetrius. I am the Manager you spoke with on those dates listed-yes, I was shocked, because that's not a common practice. This was an error on our part, and not only did we rectify the situation that day, we credited your account, and I gave you additional time to pay next month. Not to mention, I never told you four hours, because this was an error which I knew at the time, but wasn't sure of the resolution, but I knew I could get your line on that same day. I have searched this report page to see if you added an updated statement telling everyone how I kept my word, even though it was an error on CS part, they resolved my issue as they or she said she would. Its very troubling for me to see a statement on here from you Mr. Demetrius, as I've done nothing, but go above and beyond for you since we first spoke in 2001(Nov). Which I do not have to speak with you, we have a call center with csa's available to take your call, but you have my personal ext. so it was pretty obvious that "she" in your statements was "ME". FYI: Mr McClure isn't the owner, he is the President. Mr. Demetrius I look forward to continously doing business with you, and hope I dont' have to result to this again. Thanks, J-Manager
