Contrac From Commercial Lending Capital, Inc Loan Number:446041 All papers submitted advance flat rate deposit paid $7,300.00 Approx, 90-Day's Later waiting for CLC to initiate an appraisal of subject property not done Clinton Davis informed me that this pogran is no longer available.
At that point i asked Commercial Lending Capital Inc To honor there contract 446041 They refused to do. At that point I asked for a Refund of the $7,300.00 Deposit paid for Contract # 446041 And there position is will keep all your money. I realized at this point that i am a victim of criminal activity initiated by individuals in this Company called Commercial Lending Capital, Inc
