How does terry l. Smith scam?
He tells you his company cref manages 900 million of dollars in financing for projects. He claims he has a long list of successful projects he has obtained funds for in person and on his website. However, if you ask him to speak with someone he has successfully obtained money for; he'll tell you that his clients want to be kept confidential. Smith then tells you that he needs an “upfront fee” to begin work, do due diligence, etc. He then does nothing because he has no connection to money!
However, his contract with your company stipulates that your “advance fee” is no refundable! Terry l. Smith claims he has 900-1,800 million dollars that he manages for large investors around the world. He uses this to lure potential clients in and claims he has funded many projects. Smith was convicted in north carolina of “advance fee fraud” in 2009. Look at this website and others on the internet.
My name is scott j. Wroblewski. I have been an aerospace engineer for over 30 years. I am president of bluewater flying boats in florida I am also founder and ceo of wroblewski aircraft in pennsylvania. Terry smith issued 2 letters of intents to the corporations. For a total of $37,000. He requested these funds to perform due diligence work on the projects.
He claimed that he would loan bluewater 100 million usd at a 5% interest rate. Bluewater was to use the 100 million to develop amphibious aircraft to fight fires around the world. Bluewater was also slated to use the 100 million to develop amphibious aircraft to fight covid-19 around the world. He also claimed he would loan wroblewski aircraft 250 million usd at a 5% interest rate.
Wroblewski aircraft was to use the 250 million to complete the design, develop, and global certification of a mach 2.4 supersonic business jet ssbj) which wroblewski aircraft has been working on for over 20 years. This project has essentially been personally funded by wroblewski and a few small investors.

We kept asking terry for a closing date for the 2 loans and the final terms and conditions of the loans.

In the end after about 6 months, we asked terry to just lend us just 1 million usd and we would move onto to other lending sources. He never responded to these inquiries.
This was the last note we received from terry l. Smith
Dear mr. Scott wroblewski:
This e-mail message is being submitted to you today, as a formal notice, that we shall no longer be associated with you, or your organization, concerning the development of any aircraft, or property acquisition and/ or site development!
Today, you are also advised that we have hired a cyber firm to address any false claims, charges and statements concerning me or my group on any network or communication format, which includes any website or internet vehicle!
Any and all items shall be tracked by i.P. Address, and any other tracking measures shall be included!! this has also been provided to our legal team, and they shall be assisting in these efforts as well!
You are also being given notice today, that you and your team are not welcome in and or near our office, as you are no longer welcome!!
Any measures on your part to harm our identity in any form or fashion, whether verbal, written, e-mail and any and all formats will not be tolerated whatsoever, and the appropriate action will be taken immediately!!

Dear All:
We at CREF, Inc in Sewickley, PA are filing this rebuttal concerning the false comments and false statements by Mr. Scott Wroblewski of Wroblewski Aircraft, which is based in Sewickley, PA and the author of these false statements and comments also lives in Mout Washington, PA
Mr. Wroblewski has provided us with an NSF check for $19,000.00 dollars, and left us to also pay the bank fee for this NSF check. This check was for due diligence to be conducted on behalf of his company and he as an individual.
Mr. Wroblewski did not pay these fees from his company, and used an outside individual to pay his fees, and still provided us with an NSF Check!!
The due diligence was completed by CREF, Inc, and digital photos, CEC Engineering maps, Alta Maps and site layouts were directly provided by CREF, Inc from our ON SIGHT due diligence to verify our work, and we found a site that would be quite suitable for both aircraft companies to be built under the name of Wroblewski Aircraft!
Neither Mr. Wroblewski or his investor partner for the due diligence ever went to see the site, or bother to reach out to discuss the materials!!!
Mr. Scott Wreblowski was almost 90-days delinquent in paying this due diligence fee, and ended up providing a NSF Check for $19,000.00 The excuses and delays by Mr. Scott Wreblowski continue to prove his unprofressional style of business, and a serious lack of creditability in our opinion!
We at CREF, Inc were in constant communications with Mr. Scott Wroblewski and his investor throughout the entire process and have all documentation in hand to prove our efforts and results, and to also prove that these false comments and false statements by Mr. Scott Wroblewski is an attempt to cover up his failures throughout this business matter in our humble opinion!!
Mr. Wroblewski has never obtained any Type Certificates, Fully Executed Purchase Agreements, Fully Executed Lease Agreements, or deposits for any aircraft whatsoever, and is looking for a scapegoat for his failures. CREF, Inc will not be made out to be the scapegoat for these failures of Mr. Scott Wroblewski and/or Wroblewski Aircraft!
We have also furnished all of this documentation to our legal team, and the appropriate action shall be taken against Mr. Scott Wroblewski and Wroblewski Aircraft!!

$$$$$$Buyer Beware$$$$$$ $$$$caveat emptor$$$$ Bottom Line - Simple Terry L Smith of Sewickley CREF took $37,000 from our 2 companies for so called due diligence fees. He claims he manages 900-1800 million dollars. Over a billion dollars. I have multiple other clients around the world that he made these statements. He issued 2 Letters of Intent (LOI) for 350 Million dollars for loans at a 5 percent interest rate I can show anyone the checks.
It was real money. As soon as he got the money he disappeared. He would answer the phone email or texts. Anyone in the world can call me to discuss. He is a fraud. A liar. He uses this so called 900 million dollars to lure potential clients. The attorney general of Pennsylvania and state securities Commission will contacted shortly.
He is not a registered investment advisor (RIA). In the end I asked him for a 1 million dollar loan. He never responded. 646-924-6491
