Minnesota,#2UPDATE Employee

Hello. My name is Dennis Arlinghaus, and I have recently taken over as General Manager for Computer Mega Mall. This company has had customer service problems in the past, there can be no doubt about that. I'm hoping to turn that around and earn some good reviews for this company. If you would like to give Computer Mega Mall another chance, I would appreciate the opportunity.
As for Hamidur "Syed" Mia (previously Miah) himself, his personal life is his personal life. I can tell you that he is NOT illegally in this country (anymore - it has been resolved), and that his business is licensed and bonded as it should be per State of MN regulations. He is an imperfect person and quite hot-headed. I work with him everyday and we butt heads all of the time. No one knows how difficult it is to communicate and do business with Syed more than I do.
Syed does have his strengths though. He does have close to 20 years experience in this industry. He is a very experienced technician. Most of our walk-in business are previous customers looking for Syed specifically because he has treated them so well in the past. He hires the economically disadvantaged and gives them skills, on-the-job training, an income and, most importantly, a chance. He's very generous to his employees and treats them like family. He's not all bad.
The point I want to get to is that if you are a previous customer or potential future customer of Computer Mega Mall that there is more to this business than Syed and his lack of interpersonal skills. If Syed's personality is not your cup of tea, I don't blame you - but remember, if you come into this store, I'm the one at the counter asking what I can do for you from now on, not him.
Thanks for reading.

I do not Know were the negative comments are
from, maybe these folks were in a different store. Syed and Cliff were very
helpful with the info I needed to make my choice. The E6410 Latitude I purchased
(open Box) was in excellent shape, But had the 32 bit OS and no built in
bluetooth as advertised. CCM updated the OS to a 64bit and provided a solution
to the missing Bluetooth issue at NO cost to me. I know just enough about
computers to be dangerous thats where the helpful staff came in to play. They
are very Knowledgable, but relaxed and no pressure tatics were used, unlike the
big box stores. I would happily recommend them to my friends, although I would
like to keep CCM as a great secret place to buy computers to myself for selfish
reasons. But alas the secret is out. Please go and check out the laid back yet
professional atmosphere of the Computer Mega
Mall
