BEWARE!! FRAUD ALERT.  If you need your documents, data and programs, you will lose them.  If you buy a computer from them, you will get a real lemon and then Ibrahim and wife turn into a tag team from hell if you so much as ask for even so much as a semblance of decency.

 

Trust me on this: whatever deal they promise you at the start will end up costing you more than what you can ever replace.

 
I went in for a computer repair.  After asking what I needed off my computer, they lost all my music, data and Word documents as well as Word.   There was no problem accessing it before I took it to them.  They also told me my computer was toast and talked me into buying a new one.  Well, they TOLD me it was new, new and at a lower cost because they have low overhead.  Once it started having problems, they told me it was 7 years old.  So, they totally scammed me on that too.  Did the tell me that it was 7 years old when it needed work?  No.  They told me how old it was after I spent an additional $200 on a new battery and other various work.  When the repairs didn't work, and there was obviously no new battery, the excuse was THEN that the computer was 7 years old and what did I expect.  I  thought they would try to make this situation right and instead of that, they became super belligerent - one standing in front of me and one in back- yelling and telling me that I was a bad person, could I please stop talking, leave the store, etc.  
 
And good luck getting them on the phone or in the repair shop.  They show up when they want to show up.  Office hours? Yeah right.  I have been there over a dozen times throughout this mess and less than half the time are they even there.  My guess is that they "go to lunch" after someone complains. And, the numbers of complaints are staggering.
 
Many others have complained about them for the same behavior and scamming and they seem to move around a lot.  Take this warning so you do not end up like me and who knows how many other people they have robbed and then treated badly.  
 
The state of Florida needs to investigate them.  There is no other word for it but FRAUD because they are selling old, bad goods and passing them off as new.

1st The laptop was bought from us (Computer World) on March 8th 2012...yes 2012 MODEL OF LAPTOP was: COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ57....INTRODUCED IN 2011 (google it) 2nd The laptop was first introduced in July 2011 and they kept producing it for at least a year if not more...so yes it was brand new when we sold it to her with 1 year warranty from HP/COMPAQ. We discovered that 2 years+ of owning the laptop trouble free, Angela came into our store talking about the laptop as if she bought last week. She came in on Sep.5th 2014. She had 3 main problems a-overheating issues......(fan was changed) b-the battery was not holding the charge like before ( battery was replaced with a New One) c- the laptop was infested viruses....(Data saved+Viruses taken out+Windows reinstalled) We fixed all above (heating,new battery,and viruses) for around $200 3 TO 4 MONTHS LATER SHE COMES TO THE STORE WITH AN ATTITUDE....A RUDE ONE She claims we told her the computer was 7 years old...(not true) The laptop was produced in 2011 and sold to her in 2012 then came to us in 2014... So the computer at best is 3 years old. We mentioned to her that (windows 7) has been around for (7 years) Therfore her Wrong Claim...... We did not say the computer was 7 years old....how could we say that when it was introduced in 2011/2012. Conclusion She is not logical at all......on top of that she was very rude She was demanding that we fix her computer which was infested with viruses for Free. Our policy for viruses is (30 day guarantee on viruses)...after 30 days she has to pay $69.00 (She had it for 4 months or more) She flipped...she cussed us....so we asked her to leave the store....she told us f.u. and she left She is not a lady at all...her actions were low class.... We did everything by the book and then some.
