Used the conair infinity pro curl secret and the unit would not release my hair I tryed pulling and tugging on my hair the unit had a tight grip i finally had to cut my hair out of the unit. I Called the 1800 number the girl said im so sorry took my info and said someone would contact me in two days im still waiting i asked for corporates number and she was not allowed to give out that info. i asked if this has happened to anyone else she could not answer that?? whats happening ?? why hasent anyone pulled the product?
