In July of 2013, we contracted for service from Dish.  When we did we were promised a $100 Visa gift card from a company Dish contracted wit, called Connect Your Home.  We were given a rebate ID # and a form to submit, which we did.  We were told to submit our 2nd Dish bill, which we did on September 6, 2013.  We waited until October 8, 2013 to receive the gift card, which never came.  When I called, I was told we had to go to rebategift.com to check the status of the rebate.  It was impossible to check on the website so I left an e-mail message for someone to contact me.  All I received was a message back that someone would be contacting me soon, which they never did.  I also called the phone # provided for rebategift.com and left a message, which was never returned.  On October 9, 2013 I received an e-mail message from Janel Clemmons at Connectyourhome.com that they hadn't received the 2nd Dish bill that I sent in September.  I resent the Dish bill on October 10, 2013, but wanted to have some kind of confirmation that they receivedd it this time.  On 10/14, I e-mailed and called connectyourhome again, with no response.  On 10/15, I called Dish to see if they could help with this problem, but they said they had contracted with Connect Your Home for this rebate and I would have to deal with them.  On 10/18 I called Connect Your Home again and spoke with Anita.  She said a supervisor would call me back at %:00 p.m. which they never did.  Since no one called me back, I called again and spoke with John .  He said he checked with Rebate Gift.com and they had sent the rebate out that same day.  When I did not receive it by 10/25, I called again and spoke with James He said he would have a supervisor call me back that afternoon.  I didn't receive that call.  On 10/26m, I called CYH and left message for a call back and am still waiting.  I also e-mailed rebategift.com, left a message for someone to contact me and got the standard e-mail response that someone would be contacting me soon.  It is becoming increasingly apparent to me that no one intends to contact me nor do they intend to issue this rebate that was promised when we signed up for our Dish service.

I have received an e-mail from Connect Your Home and they have sent the gift card as promised so it is settled.
