ConnectNow USA They're a COMPLETE SCAM and they're EVERYWHERE! Ripoff Columbia South Carolina
My boyfriend noticed a $34.90 charge on his bank accout from a electronic check debit. When we went to look at the info on the back of the check, it gives the same address and telephone #'s that everyone else has mentioned in their complaint about these crooks. When we call them we get the same results. Left on hold for eternity, or it says to leaves a message Etc. The only NEW or DIFFERENT information I can offer to other victoms of this COMPLETE SCAM and ROBBERY isnt much and it offers pretty much the same results as all the other suggestions on how to fix this problem, is an actual physical address and a local number to contact them at. I found this information when I was browsing for other "RipOffNow" comments and found a blog on Yahoo that pretty much states the same complaint but an actual lawyer responded to the complaint with the physical address, phone # and results from the BBB. Which by the way, gives them an unsatisfactory report. Ha! Who would have guessed??? Anyway, my boyfriend and I have gone to his bank and filled out the proper papers like the other complaints have suggested and the said said that the money would be refunded back into his account w/ in three business days. It's been SEVEN and still NO refund. I know that this chase can seem like its never ending and EXTREMELY annoying and time consuming. My boyfriend wanted to just let it go and give up on ever getting his $$$ back BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP! I'm PISSED OFF! and I will get our $$$ back! So hang in there and good luck...

I can't believe it! Our banl sent us a refund for the total amout of $34.90!!! It took about 10 days BUT WE GOT IT BACK!!!! Unfortunantely we are having to close the account be on the SAFE SIDE so ConnectNow USA (ScamNow USA) can't charge our account again. My advice to you is STICK WITH IT!!! DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! YES It's annoying AND time consuming but It's worth it if you want your $$ back. I stuck w/ it for the shear sake of "Not letting them get away with it!" Maybe not today and maybe not next week BUT this SCAM company will eventually get busted and I'll bet you $$$$$$ that someone will be going to jail.... Take Care and Good Luck! P.S. DONT GIVE UP!!! Try www.cntnow.com rather than www.connectnowusa.com if does give different contact informatoion such as address and #'s to contact them but it's THE SAME RIP OFF COMPANY!!!
