I purchased a washer and dryer set from Conns in Hurst TX on March 12, 2012 and was to be delivered on March 17, 2012. The washer that was delivered was broken, it would not spin. I called Larry (my sales associate) and explained the problem and he set me up with a exchange for a new washer, the new washer arrived the following weekend and the delivery guys broke the new washer by not removing the shipping bolts, so here I am again with no more washer. At this time I called Larry again to let him no what was going on. Two days later Larry notified me that the washer and dryers that I purchased were no longer available through Conns and I would need to make arrangements to come to the store and find a new matching set.My set had steam and I wanted steam like I originally purchased. Yet the W/D units Conns had left were about 300 dollars more than what I purchased originally (twice). So after about two weeks of Greg (general manager) malike all king me feel the blame was on me and i just had to deal with it until Conns had a lower priced unit.

Well luck of the draw I finally find a unit that was somewhat acceptable, even though I felt pressured to purchase the new set. Well low and behold on April 04,2012 I finally get my new set. So for all my trouble and 3 saturdays wasted from waiting on washers Greg promised me that i would recieve my rebate for my delivery since I had to fill out a delivery form 3 times, which everybody who spent a certain amount qualified for that so he did me no favors there since I qualified for the rebate.Then they discounted my ge card becauce difference.Then I was promised by Greg that I would get a addtional 80.00 for basically "we are sorry for your troubles and breaking your washer"I never got the 80.00 and have called numerous time and all i here is call Anthony (works at the delivery center in carrolton) everytime I call for Anthony he is on vacatation or in the warehouse and NEVER returned my calls, I have called him atleast once a week for the last 5 weeks or so?? This past weekend I spoke with greg and he assured me that Anthony will have this fixed Monday and will call me when his done. Well I knew i would not get a call considering I never did before.
