I purchased a washer and dryer set from Conns in Hurst TX on March 12, 2012 and was to be delivered on March 17, 2012. The washer that was delivered was broken, it would not spin. I called Larry (my sales associate) and explained the problem and he set me up with a exchange for a new washer, the new washer arrived the following weekend and the delivery guys broke the new washer by not removing the shipping bolts, so here I am again with no more washer. At this time I called Larry again to let him no what was going on. Two days later Larry notified me that the washer and dryers that I purchased were no longer available through Conns and I would need to make arrangements to come to the store and find a new matching set.My set had steam and I wanted steam like I originally purchased. Yet the W/D units Conns had left were about 300 dollars more than what I purchased originally (twice). So after about two weeks of Greg (general manager) malike all king me feel the blame was on me and i just had to deal with it until Conns had a lower priced unit.
