Received a telephoone call from the "assistant to the Vice President" of Conn's. Who told me that "we don't treat our customers like that and I do not know what you want me to do about this". I replied by telling him that we had to order 3 parts to repair the tv that we purchased as brand new, not as is and I expected at the very least a replacement for a new tv. He said I can't do that. I find our request for a replacement reasonable because the TV was given to us defective it was not something that just happened after the purchase.
