I waited about a month to cool off and research this. I almost decided to give up, but as a last option I decided to send an email to the customer service dept of Conn's, I attached data which showed this problem was far too common with this specific model. I sent website links that showed complaints about this model. I also sent photo's I seen on ebay, It just so happened that every single one of these had a cracked left monitor hinge. About a week later I spoke with the head of the Customer service in houston, and He asked me to send the computer back in for repairs, that they would repair it. However, although they did repair it, they lost my computer. It took nearly two months for me to get it back. I am satisfied with the repairs, but I don't think I will be using Conn's anymore. Unless they can turn around thier customer service.
