conn's is second only to sears in bad service. Bought my wife a guitar at conn's. When her instructor was tuning it, the neck seperated from the body. Took me three trips back to conn's to finally get a refund. conn is right.

After getting the run around with CONNS again today. I called HP and they were SOOOOOOO great. They are shipping me the parts just from my description of what has happened. And once the parts come in (fedex'd to my house) I have a number they gave me to call a HP tech. He'll come out, fix it and if it still doesnt work, they will replace the whole TV. WOW - i achieved more from one 20 min phone call, than i had in 1 month from conns.
