While other companies stand behind their product, Conns hides behind theirs. The sad fact of the matter is that there is no one in the service department that is willing to return a phone call or make good on their promises. This is just one typical example of the way they chose to do business, I have seen first had 100's of others. Best Buy replaced the other person's TV when they deemed it not worthwhile to repair, and Conns may do the same; in a year or two! In the meantime, the customer's calls will go unanswered, more promises will be made and not kept, and the terrible shame is that Conns knows their system is broken and they refuse to fix it.

I here your problem trust me I have bought from Conn's before but really had no real problems from them with there extended warranty the problem is the tv you bought. I bought a Mits. tv from Best Buy and the Conn's along with Circuit City carry s the same one I know that this is a fact the Mits. tvs are crap ever since I bought mine I have had the same problem the wheels going bad lights burning out all the time among othere things hell mine was so bad Best Buy replaced it with another one that was new because they were tired of coming out here and the new one did the same thing after 4 months then Best buy would fix it then the extended warranty kicked in all ways the same thing wheels, bulbs and other crap finally Best Buy just told me that they would refund my money for the extended warranty because they did not want to service my tv anymore because Mits. was making bad tvs and not wanting to reimburse them for there service. I read the customer reviews on this tv line at Best Buy and Circuit City all bad reviews on this tv and they all say the same thing about the tv bad lights, bulbs, wheels not coming on and other things so just thought I would let you know. I am not in any way sticing up for Conn's but the tv maker is just crap and they suck. I finally just broke down and bought a Sony 60" Brov. and it was only 1,400 100.00 less than the Mits. I love it wish I would have just settled for 5" of less tv in the first place and bought this one until I seen the Mits. for 100.00 more and thought 5" of more tv and more hdmi ports. As far as the Mots go I took a sledge hammer and broke it then shot it with the 12 gauge.
