We went into the store and purchased a stove and couch/loveseat set with ottoman. Included with the purchase was a rebate on FREE delivery for $129.99. I was given all the paperwork as per the salesperson to send it. I filled out all the information and triple checked the requirements before sending it off to the address listed on the rebate form.

It states on the rebate form that you can track rebates at www.rapid-rebates.com and after waiting 8 weeks (it states allow 8-10 wks for processing), I checked the website.

It stated that I didn't turn in an invoice required and that I was denied the rebate in the amount of $79.95 and that I would get a letter stating the denial. I have nver recieved the letter. There information  is not correct, as my rebate total as per my rebate form was for $129.99 and I did send in my invoice.

There is a phone number of 800-619-4703 to call for the rebate information. No one answers the phone. It is just a recording asking to leave a message and they don't return calls.

I called into the main office in Beaumont (1877-358-1252) and am only transferred to customer service. I was told on 7/8/13 that the particular person I spoke to in customer service called the rebate department and corrected the amount with them and also resent them another copy of the invoice.

2 weeks later, on 8/22/13, I looked on the rebate tracker and the same information is there about the original denial of the $79.95 rebate. I called the home office again and had to have ti esculated to 4 different people telling me to resend the invoice again.

I think I have been patient with this company and there rebates. 10 weeks later I still don't have my rebate and I still get the run around with the company.

My advice- dont fall for the free delivery scam...save yourself the trouble and just go pick it up yourself!

AND, the worst part about this is that they include the cost of the shipping in your balance, so technically you are paying interest on the shipping that should have been free... In order to actually get the shipping free, you do have to turn around and send in the rebate check to Conn's to be able to get credit for that....if you keep the check and cash it and put it in your pocket, you benefit in no way from this, as you are still paying interest on that shipping.
