After my own efforts of calling everyone on the management team I got the price of my refridgerator back and my service contract. However, I am still waiting on my three hundred dollars on food spoilage. If anyone ever has a problem with this store, report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, since they are members. I have already done this and am looking for COMPLETE SATISFACTION as a consumer. By the way , my new refridgerator came from SEARS and is running perfectly.They will treat you as a valued customer unlike CONN'S.
