Eleven days ago I bought a new refrigerator, washer and dryer. The washer and dryer weren't unpacked until the 11th day and when I set them up the dryer wouldn't work. I called Conn's and spoke to the salesman, Robert. He told me it was past the 1oth day. I told him when I bought them that they wouldn;t be opened until we move into our new house a week later. I wanted to wait to buy it until I moved into the new home, but he insisted I get it now or there might not be available. So I listened to him. So I called and told them that it wouldn't work and that I wanted a replacement.

He told me I would have to call sevice and set up a service call, so I did. But it would be a week before they come out and we need to do our laundry. We have bought a TV, Bed, 2 sets of living room furniture, refridgerator, washer and dryer. So I figured I deserved a little courtesy. Even their pamplet syas there is a 30 day return policy, but for some reason they wont honor it. Finally I told them to come pick everything up if this is how they treat their customers. They said they would but would chaarge me a 15% restock fee. I planned on buying another flat screeen from them but they will never get another dime from me. I guess i will have to wait the week for the service guy to come out, I will probably get charged for that as well. Do not buy from Conn's. they do not stand behind their products. All they had to do was send a replacement dryer and none of this would have to happen.

Conn's Did Nothing Wrong On This One, My Fault

This was a new house and for some reason the electricity to that outlet was dead. It was not Conn's fault, the dryer works perfectly and I will continue to recommend Conn'c to anyone and evryone. I have made four seperate purchases and they have all worked out fine on Conn's end. Shon Jimenez
