 I purchased a stainless steel French door fridge in 2014, upon delivery this unit was damaged with scratches and dents. I called Conns and the manager told me they could either replace the fridge or take some money off the unit, so we decided to take some money off. The manager informed me that they would take 3 payments off at the end of my contract. Now I am down to the last 6 payments so I called the company to get the status of the discount and I was informed there was nothing documented regarding this matter and it is my word against theirs. So I sent an email to the company regarding this situation and I stated I will not pay one more red cent until this matter is resolved, to say the least no one has responded to the email or called to try to resolve this situation. All this company cares about is making money not their customers. So very disgusted with these people!
