CONNS I purchased an HP laptop in dec 2008,thank god with the extended warranty as well because the HP is defective. I have to take it back to service a second time in less than 2 weeks.They will not let me get another one. They say we will fix it again. Definitedly No "Complete customer satsifaction" here??? I called corporate office and they said to ask to speak with the service manager that they will serve me and ensure complete customer satisfaction so I call and guess what the service manager is off and they instructed me to bring the computer back for a reservice at no charge...dang skippy no charge fool-I purchased the warranty x 3 years..So now i have to take it back again and I cannot do my work due to the type of crap they are selling there and poor customer satisfaction is the theme with the name CON (CONNS) everyone.
