I bought a set of couches not even three years ago they are totally looking bad before about them they offer me the warranty for four years they said that it will cover every single detail even if I kid colored The couches holds normal wear and tear everything I paid over $2500 for this couches to be looking the way they are looking now .. I have called several times for them to come and check the couches so they can fix them they have send people twice but only because I called over and over destinations they have sent two pictures of the couches there's a big hole The springs are coming off and they say that there's nothing wrong with the couches and that it doesn't cover warranty and they tell me there is because I called a month after the service the mission came to my house other than that I wouldn't even hear from them it is A total rip off of this sales person to be telling that the warranty is going to cover everything and then you call customer service to fix the things and they don't do nothing this company is a big rip off for everybody taking a bandage of people the ones to fix their credit over pricing objects and then acting like they don't have to pay for anything or on or anything that they have promised...
