Conrad Martin we just buried our three year old daughter and were taken advantage of by a real estate agent who now has pressured us into leaing our home to her with option to buy and has destroyed our home. she turned down four offers we would have taken on our home without telling us and told us our home would not sell that we would be upside down in it. our three year old baby died and we had to pay for a funeral that cost around seven thousand dollars, we got behind on our house note and thought about selling it and put it on the market with conrad martin. our real estate agent laurie told us that we did not have any offers on our house over the payoff amount and that we would be upside down in our house. she was offering her help to keep us from losing our house she sais and wanted to buy it. her credit was not good enouph so she told us we would lose our house if she didnt start making payments under lease to purchase contract. we asked her several times if there was anything else we could do and she said no that she had talked to our mortage company. she paid to restructure the loan and took up payments. when we signed this, she came into our home and completely gutted it and ripped down walls, fireplace, everything, it is in a mess. it is not liveable. she hired contractors to come in and do this and got a construction loan to do it. well we had left all of our personal items there, one thing very important was a 2000 swing set that was wood withour babies handprints on it and a truck , lot s of bags of our stuff. we told her it would be a while for we could get it ,we had to find a place to live. well when we went to get our stuff, she had sold it, and destroyed thousands of dollars worth of our personal itmes, including things of our dead childs. she is a theif and a lier, we found all of our stuff at her soninlaws house and he and his wife have agreed to tetsify against her and said that she does this alot to people. we did not want to get rid of our house, we even pulled if off the market, we were upset and did not know what to do. she is so slick, she caught us at the lowest point in our lives. we contacted the police and they suggest we evict her and sue for damges to our home and put her in jail, she also gave our 30,000 truck away, there are three witnesses to this. please help, we dont know what our rights are, we r homeless with four kids someone please help us , this is not right, we were under derest. we were scared, she even came to our house and packed up my dead babies stuff to make sure we were gonna move out. now she is trying to sell the rest of our stuff to a scrap metal yard. please help us
