Conseco Finance ripoff fraud scam business from hell Tempe Arizona
We purchased a mobile home in 1996 with GreenTree and were very excited it was our first home we were only 18. The problem began when we later tried to sell our home. We are at the interest rate of 13% which we were told at the time was very good for a mobile home. What a joke, our total payments for our first home total 42,679.03. We found a house in 2001 and purchased it with the promise from Conseco that they would help us sell our home.
After several people called to get financing I called to see why no one would qualify? One none english speaking man told me you have to have perfect credit to get financed through them after being harrassed at home and work I called another Conseco # with the promise "i can get anyone financed" a very interested buyer called and was of course denied. With no explaination and no one could tell me what it took to be qualified, I will check into it, still no explanation.
So, i had my loan i believe the lady called it re-ammortized adding my 2 payments to the end so that i would not have a payment due for 3 months, after 8-10 phone calls a day from them i was told that the re-ammortization did not happen and a few days later i recieved a notice of default. In the last month i have been called by Conseco at least 8 times a day and the last conversation one lady told me she would connect me with her supervisor, and then i asked her for her supervisors name needless to say i was transfered to other co-workers not a supervisor.
I was hung up on when i tried to explain this to the "supervisor". They have pretty much told me that i am "trash" i believe that they have the WORST customer service reps i have ever dealt with, as far as the mobile home they can have the d**n thing i would't let anyone i know try for financing now. Lie and it will get you in the end and to tell everyone we are here to help is the biggest lie, you have made our family miserable thanks conseco.
