Believe to be part of appraisal scam as with the south charleston couple. I am now having to deal with a payoff amount that is $50.000 more than what my home is worth on the fair market value of property.
Somehow conseco apprasial was far exceeds what the property is worth, and now I can't even sell my home to pay them off to relocate into another home.
(Need help) They have me wrapped up in their hand forever.
