Consumer Financial Educators, CFE, DRSM, Jeff Jenks, Consumerfianancialeducators.com Scam, dishonest, takes your money, Jeff Jenks is a crook, ripoff Eugene Oregon
I paid $4114.85 to CFE in October 2005 to help with 5 credit cards, they called me and let me know how good and honest the program was and what I needed to do to get the ball rolling.
I did everything to the letter they told me to, and as of right now, I have 5 defaulted credit cards and no support from CFE, Maggie or Jeff Jenks. In October of 2006 I received letters from CFE stating that they were undergoing a reorganization, I figure that Jeff Jenks has ripped off all the people he could using CFE, and just like DRSM, is changing it again.
CFE website is still available and has LIVE CALL number listed for anyone interested in calling and talking people OUT of doing this little game with Jeff Jenks, He is a rip off artist and I would be willing to assist in a class action against him to try to recover money spent. My debt increased by $20,000.00 because of this program that DOES NOT work and is a scam.
I would love to go into details about this, however if I did, it would be to long to read in one sitting, I have kept ALL correspondance with CFE and the attorneys involved.
One other thing, my cases never made it to court, after telling me all the "wins" they were getting, when it came my time for my stuff to be arbitrated, I was told that it would be bad timing because the banks were starting to win and filing counter claims.
BEWARE ANY TILA DISPUTE PROGRAM, especailly if the name Jeff J Jenks is involved!!!
