said we would get 5000 dollar limit visa paid 139.00 electronic transfer from checking 49.00 for express mailing 13.00 for over nite p.o. delivery. got tired of waiting for card and tried to grt ph. # in tampa and no such #.is there any thing we can do?we are devistated !!!!!!
