On 03/09/07 I sent a Moneygram to CLSC for the amount of $2000.00 as a security deposit for a $10,000 loan. For security purposes they ask me to send it to "Todd House" in Canada. As per Rosa Rodriguez-CLSC employee (1-888-673-4158) I was approved for a $10,000 loan and after signing a contract and sending the security deposit I would get the money wired to my personal bank account from 1 to 3 working days, it never happened.

Six (6) days later she said that the lender wanted an additional security deposit for $1000. I said it was not possible for me to send more money and that I wanted my $2000.00 back. She said it was ok. So she said they would wire a refund of $2000.00 plus the $40.00 I paid for the money gram in no more than 3 working days plus she gave me a WT tracking number, it never happened.

Then I called her again and she said that the wire was cancelled and that a check was mailed on 03/19/07 for the amount of $2040.00 and I should get it in 3 working days, it never happened. Today is March 28, 2007 and I haven't got my refund yet. My other complaint is that this company hardly ever pick-ups the phone and they never return my calls.

Hey Roberto, Same exact thing happened to me. I am in the process of "getting my security deposit back". This needs to stop, and we NEED to get our money back. Now all we need are suggestions on how to do this! After reading on this website, I feel like a COMPLETE idiot for wiring them $1800!!!! It makes me want to throw up, especially because I couldnt afford to lose that money. My number is (((ROR REDACTED PHONE NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). Call me if you think we can do something together. I have placed a report on here about them also. There was never a loan and you will never see your "security deposit" back. They will continue to stall you as long as possible until one day in the not too distant future, the telephone number you have for them will not work at all. The only thing you can do now is repport the fraud to the autorities. Good luck.
