My situation is pretty much the same as the others that made statements about this company.
My case, my property had already been forclosed on, this recuriter asured me they could postpone
any sales by filing a court restrain against the lender, which was backed up by Gary Lane, ESQ.
But I needed to give them over $8,000 right away to prevent the sale of the home, with in the week.
I did as requested. Not a work for several weeks, I call and got the usual run a round. Finally I was told I had a court data in mid July 011, I was call in to the office inmid May and was told my home was sold to another bank and ten sold to a private buyer. I ask for my back and was told that could not happen.

My situation is pretty much the same as the others that has made statements about this company. My case: My property had already been foreclosed on. This recuriter Luke assured me that was no problem, they could postpone any sales by filing a court restraint against the lender, which would stop the sale, this was backed up by Gary Lane, ESQ. But it would require $8,750 right away to prevent the lender from selling the home. That was in November 2011, I did as requested. I did not recieved a word for several weeks. When I was able to get through I had to interface with Marithza Abad Poe reo specialist. This person was the worst person to get in touch with, many no responces and run arounds. Finally I was told I had a court date in July 2011. But I was called into the office in March 2011 for an update. There I was told the property was sold to another bank and that bank sold the property to a private buyer. I ask for my money back and was told that could not happen. This July 2011, I checked on line and was astound to find the property was not sold, in fact the same lender had the property and was listing it for half the price I paid for it. I think something should be done about these ripoff companies. I am available for ideals.
