have you called the rebate center or emailed them your information?? although your rebate is over a year old we can send a request to have your submission looked up to see what the initial problem was and how we can fix it. The order date on the TigerDirect invoice is 2/9/2006. The rebate offer was good for purchases between 2/1/06 and 2/28/06. I do not have the exact date but I know for a fact that I mailed it during the third week of February. They processed the rebate and did not claim it was received too late. Their denial is based on saying that I didn't purchase in the rebate time frame allowed. But I have a copy of the rebate form and the invoice that shows otherwise. Rebate forms say that all requests must be postmarked within 30 days after purchase and I am sure that it was only 2 weeks after purchase. Thank you.
