I will guarantee you 100% the email you received did not say "Your 10 weeks does not start until the rebate has finished verifying. Since your rebate has not finished verifying, please allow more time" As the processing time starts the date we receive/enter your rebate into our system. If the email did state what you said please provide the persons name and ID#. or better yet, your email address so I can look it up to see what correspondance you have had with us.
