I would like to advise yourself and all others who are reading this that our email response time is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Also we do not ignore our customers, please make sure your email is going to the correct email address and if you are not getting a response I am sure you have a phone so pick it up and call us.

I am glad to say XFX responded to my letters concerning my rebate,and asked the handling company(Continental Promotion Group) to fullfill it. I see now at rebatestatus.com my information and the fact it is being processed. It seems I had to go thru a lot of steps,write a lot of letters,and wait a long time to get results,but it looks like the process is almost done. It is well beyond the 8 weeks of submission,and took more then 8 weeks to even acknowledge at rebatestatus.com my rebate. Though I have not recieved any letters from Continental Promotion Group(rebatestatus.com),XFX has handled this for me. My faith in XFX has been restored,and for this,I am happy. Upon reciept of payment,I will easliy be able to put this behind,and hope maybe others will be able to aquire their rebates a bit easier.
