Continental Van Lines quoted me one price over the phone and charged me way more once they got there. They are dishonest. Their website says they have fifty years of experience in the household moving industry. This is not true and you can check all the information at the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations (sunbiz.org). This company was created in 2010 and the address they show in their website is fake, they are using a PakMail mail box as a physical address.
I cannot recommend this moving company. I had a bad experience with them when I moved a couple of weeks ago from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago, they damaged my furniture and their customer service is the worst.

I agree with the original reader. Continential Van Lines in Coral Springs is a ripoff. I contracted them in April to move me in June. They moved me alright I still do not have my belongings. They lie quite well. I was very specific about having them move me from Wissconsin to Nevada. Jon Gracey assured me they use their own trucks. Well they contracted my things out, then kept them in a storage in Chicago for almost a month. Then they contracted my things to another company. They came to deliver mid July and informed me they could not unload without over $2800 in cash which is more than the contract was for. I would never give anyone that much in cash. I hope the law catches up with them for defrauding people like this. I pray one day I will receive my items back. I wish I had seen this repport before they loaded my things. Consumers beware of Continential Van Lines, Best Movers and Lightning Van Lines.

Continential deceived me from the beginning. The sales man Jon Gracey lied to me completely. He assured me they had their own trucks and did not subcontract the move. (LIE) I found out after my items did not arrive two weeks after pick up that my items were in a storage in Chicago. (never authorized by me). Lied to me when I called concerned stated they were unable to locate the driver when they knew they put my things in storage. Then they continued to provide lie after lie about why they were charging me more. Bottom line I still do not have my items and it is 2 days from being 1 month since they picked them up.
Your report is absolutely correct. I am living a nightmare right now. They have everything I own.

This complaint is fraud. We never mvoed this customer. We have no such customer in our database. The username to this complaint is bogus.
Aldo DiSorbo posted this complaint to try and slander our company. He is the owner of Nationwide Relocation Services, Moving Cost, WeHaul Moving Service, United States Van Lines, American Van Lines, All Coast Van Lines, Moving Squad, and World Moving Services. If you Google any which one of these company names you will find bad reports on all of them. Continental, up until Aldo spending hours on end posting bad reports about us, has never had a complaint in our 50 years of service.
Aldo DiSorbo was banned from the moving industry in 1996 for fraud. This is public record, along with many other criminal charges he has. Go to Broward Sherifs Office and search his name. Also, try to Google his name.
In addition, here are just a few websites with bad reviews about Aldo's company's:

The bad report above was written by none other than Aldo DiSorbo. Feel free to Google his name, and see what you find. Nothing good. Aldo owns Nationwide Relocation Services, Moving Cost, World Moving Services, WeHaul, and American Van Lines. Now go Google those companies and see what you find. Nothing good.
This report was written out of jealousy. Aldo is being vindictive. He is the crook. It says so on almost every website you will find on Google. Shame on you Aldo! Shame!
Continental is a great company. I hired Nationwide, Aldos company, and they never showed up. Continental Van Lines was able to pick me up last minute, and saved me from having to changemy plane ticket.
